One of Kind GroupOn June 13th, David Bushrod, an SFO shuttle bus driver with the Hallcon Corporation, was recognized as the first recipient of the One of a Kind award.   Held in the employee’s often-public work areas, the events are held as surprise celebrations.   Among those surprising David with the news at one of his normal stops were Airport Director Ivar C. Satero, Airport Guest Experience Director Christopher Birch, Senior Airport Operations Manager Abu Azam, Vice President Commuter & Shuttle of the Hallcon Corporation, Erik W. Zandhuis, and Jaspreet Singh, General Manager of the Hallcon Corporation.

One of a Kind“Our awardees are determined by reviewing customer input, observations, and reputation for kindness at SFO” said Christopher Birch.  “David is well known by employees for being a friendly and helpful driver.  He’s demonstrative, kind, and thoughtful during his work.  He’s a frequent recipient of compliments from customers, loyal and dedicated to Hallcon and SFO, and genuinely loves to interact with people.  We’re proud to call David “One of a Kind”.

SFO is committed to providing and promoting the best customer service to all guests of the San Francisco International Airport.  The One of a Kind program will continue to recognize Airport employees who exemplify this mission.

Congratulations to David Bushrod.
