Congratulations to Sarah Singh, an SFO One of a Kind!

Sara SinghOn June 1st, Sarah Singh was recognized as an SFO One of a Kind for being an exceptional Airport employee and her dedication to providing a welcoming experience to SFO guests.

Sarah works as a wheelchair and lobby agent for ABM Aviation at SFO, where she attends to passengers who require special assistance here at the Airport.  In this capacity, the value of kindness and patience, where guests are often rushed and under stress, is an essential quality.  With her kindness and heartfelt service, she exemplifies this quality, as well as the Airport’s mission to be an exceptional airport in service to our communities.

One of a KindAmong those surprising Sarah with the award in Terminal 3 were Airport Director Ivar C. Satero, United Airlines Vice President of SFO Hub Bryan Quigley, General Manager of Passenger Services of ABM Aviation Mary Alexander and Guest Experience Director Christopher Birch.

Says Christopher Birch, “Sarah models the type of service every employer tries to promote.  We had multiple requests asking us to recognize her kindness, patience, competence, and her calming nature.  Sarah makes SFO proud.”

Congratulations to Sarah Singh!  An SFO One of a Kind.
