From June 7th, United Airlines will start using gates in Terminal 1 for a limited number of flights with approximately 3,200 daily seats. (subject to change).
United will operate out of the old Continental gates.
ALL United Airlines customer service and airport procedures must be handled at Terminal 3 or the International Terminal depending on the passenger’s destination.
There will be no passenger check-in, checking baggage, baggage claim, ticketing, or pre-security customer service for United Airlines at Terminal 1.
Passenger ONLY Transfer Bus Operations between T1, T3, and the ITG
United Airlines will operate two bus routes serving three bus stops. The bus stops are at gates 32, 92, 87A. Busses run every 4-5 minutes. Travel time between stops is 4-5 minutes.
