This year’s Annual Full-Scale Emergency Exercise will take place on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, from 9am to 1pm.  An air crash will be simulated and volunteers are needed to play the parts of Air Crash Victims, and Family & Friends of Air Crash Victims.  Register today to take part in this important and exciting event.

All Volunteers must:

  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Sign a waiver form to participate. Those under the age of 18 need parental/guardian consent
  • Be able to simulate injury, shock, concern, emotion, confusion etc. as assigned
  • Be prepared to be treated by emergency response personnel simulating a rescue, evacuation and treatment of injuries as appropriate

Individuals playing the roles of Air Crash Victims should report to the Airport as early as 6:00 AM.

Volunteers playing the role of Family & Friends of Air Crash Victims should report to the Terminal by 8:00 AM for briefing and role assignments.

Requests to have moulage (mock injuries) applied will be granted upon a first-come-first-served basis.
