DocuSign is a City-wide enterprise electronic signature and document routing application that will eventually be used by all City departments including the Airport.
DocuSign will be used with designated forms as decided by the Senior Management Team. A pilot program is currently being conducted with the Admin Division and the Travel/Training Authorization (TTA) form. Upon rollout of the TTA, a new form will be implemented.
During the Pilot Program, select commission employees will be approved to use DocuSign by their manager. Once permission is granted, please contact SFO Help Desk to gain access to DocuSign.
