Weight Loss Tips:

  • Make space in your home to set yourself up for success
  • Manage Your Environment with the 3R’s
    • Recognize which foods help and which foods don’t ?????
    • Remove foods that get in the way of success
    • Replace them with ones that you enjoy on PointsPlus

  • Babybel cheese
  • Laughing Cow cheese
  • carrot sticks/celery Sticks
  • Nature Valley granola bars – Oats-N-Honey
  • egg whites
  • mozzarella cheese
  • string cheese
  • peanut butter – it’s better than butter!
