On March 31, we commemorated the birth of Cesar Chavez, one of the most significant Latino activists in the United States. As we pay tribute to his life, we recognize the pivotal role he played in advancing civil rights and the labor movement not only in California, but throughout the United States. To honor his legacy, we will screen a short video showcasing his life, his achievements, and the struggles of the labor movement, which will be followed by a lively discussion.
