GTU Hours Change

In our continuous response to the ongoing pandemic development of COVID-19, the Ground Transportation Unit will be modifying our hours of operation to meet the requirements set forth by health services and other government agencies. Our intent is to limit the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

Effective March 23 through April 10, 2020,  our temporary in-person, lobby accessible hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Operators with confirmed appointment/s who may be impacted with the modified hours are encouraged to reschedule on the Web Portal. We will also be in touch to ensure that accommodations are made accordingly.

Please be ready to leave a complete message (by providing your Name, Company Name, TCP# and/or Permit#) if you are not able to speak with one of our staff at the time of our call. Also, when leaving a message, please allow us time to review and respond to your voicemail message.
