SFO Wins Partnering Award for Harvey Milk Terminal 1

Airport honored by International Partnering Institute for collaborative construction approach SFO announced that Harvey Milk Terminal 1 has been honored for its partnering approach to construction. In their 2022 awards, the International Partnering Institute (IPI) recognized the facility with their 2022 Partnered Project of the Year. The award was announced at the John L. Martin Partnered Project of the Year Awards Ceremony, held on July 15, 2022.

Rapid Antigen COVID Tests Available For All Airport Employees - August 2nd

In partnership with Safeway, Rapid Antigen Test Kits will be available for All Airport Employees. Each employee can receive up to 8 COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kits (Flowflex)*. The tests will either be no cost, if your health plan provides for direct coverage, or by reimbursement ($10.99) if you are charged for your test.  Be sure to keep your receipt if you need to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement**. SFO Urges Travelers to Book Parking in Advance Given Strong Summer Demand

Online booking system can save drivers both time and money SFO urges travelers planning to use Airport parking to book online in advance as demand for parking remains extremely strong throughout the summer. The Airport anticipates garages will reach capacity at certain points based on strong demand. Customers without reservations are advised to plan additional time as they may be accommodated in overflow lots.
