As we enter fall and the holiday season, be mindful and take steps to protect yourself against respiratory viruses that may be circulating during this time, including COVID-19, influenza (flu) and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
Here are some current COVID-19 safety measures:
- Get vaccinated and boosted.
- An updated COVID-19 vaccine is available.
- Get tested and stay home if you’re sick.

- Report a positive COVID-19 test.
- Employees, who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, exposure, or a positive test result, should self-report their situation via https://forms.office.com/g/tbAW4rdT0S. People Operations will review each submission and provide employees with the appropriate return to work protocol.
- Employees who feel ill should not report to onsite work and stay in contact with their supervisor and People Operations.
- If you test positive and have symptoms, talk to your doctor about treatment.
- Medications to treat COVID-19 are free, widely available, and effective for stopping COVID-19 illness from getting serious.
- Consider wearing a mask when levels of COVID-19 infections are higher.
- Masking at work is optional except in certain instances, such as during a workplace outbreak, after a close contact exposure, or following a recent COVID-19 infection or COVID-like symptoms.
Let’s all continue working together to ensure the safety of our colleagues, our families, and our community.
