Everyone has their own life situations they are facing, which may cause some stress or anxiousness. Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment.
If you have never participated in a Mindfulness class, we invite you to try it. If it is not what you expected, simply leave the virtual room.
Please join us every Thursday from 12:00 – 12:30pm to take time for you to focus, breathe and unwind.
