Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), the trade association representing commercial service airports in the United States and Canada, has awarded SFO the top prize for its lounge in Harvey Milk Terminal 1. In its annual concession awards, ACI-NA named The Club at SFO, operated by Airport Dimensions, the Best New Passenger Experience.
“We are thrilled to receive this award from ACI-NA for The Club SFO in Harvey Milk Terminal 1,” said SFO Airport Director Mike Nakornkhet. “Having a premium lounge concept – one that is available to all customers – is the perfect addition to our latest terminal and supports our goal to create a truly exceptional airport experience for our guests.”
“I’m thrilled to celebrate the longstanding partnership between North America’s airports and concessions industries, and the important role they play in elevating the travel experience for all passengers,” said ACI-NA President and CEO Kevin M. Burke. “I congratulate this year’s honorees for their dedication and collaboration, not only with national brands, but also with the local restaurants and retailers that make a meaningful impact in the communities they serve. ACI-NA and our members look forward to continuing our strong partnership with concessionaires to deliver the best travel experience.”
The awards were announced during a gala dinner at the 2025 ACI-NA Business of Airports Conference in Arlington, TX. The conference had more than 650 attendees representing the commercial management, supplier diversity, human resources, and finance sectors in the North American airport industry.
