COVID-19 Cases at SFO - Week of October 18, 2021

SFO Weekly COVID-19 Update

As of the week of January 3, 2022, SFO is aware of 636 employees at SFO testing positive for COVID-19. SFO has outlined a recommended process for all employers in the event of a confirmed case, including protocols to notify employees who may have had close contact with the person who tested positive, compliance with applicable health guidelines and worker safety regulations, and disinfection of the area where the person who tested positive works.

All employees and passengers should monitor their health and assess any symptoms that align with those of COVID-19: fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Before going to a doctor’s office or the medical clinic, call ahead and tell them about your symptoms and where you work. Avoid contact with others, and avoid traveling while sick.
