Effective April 6 through May 1, 2020, the temporary in-person, lobby accessible hours for the Ground Transportation Unit (GTU) will be Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The lobby will be closed on Friday.
Operators with confirmed appointment/s who may be impacted with the modified hours are encouraged to reschedule on the Web Portal. We will also be in touch to ensure that accommodations are made accordingly.
