Introducing the SFO Mail Services Application

The Commission Secretary team is excited to introduce SFO’s new Mail Services Application. High priority interoffice mail requests can now be submitted and tracked using this online application. Standard interoffice mail does not require a request and can be sent as usual. This application is intended to be used for special items that are essential and require delivery tracking. Requests for US Post Office mail supplies (i.e., certified mail cards and receipts) may also be requested through this system.

This application will replace the previous paper request forms sent to the Commission Secretary’s office. To access the new application, click here and log in using your Office 365 account and authorize permissions to access your Office suite.

Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 11:00 to 11:30 AM and 2:30-3:00 PM
Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 11:00 to 11:30 AM and 2:30-3:00 PM
