Physical Well-Being - Commuting: Fit & Healthy Behind the Wheel

Spending lots of time on the road driving? Learn ways for meal prep, body mechanics, stress reduction, and sleep strategies.

This workshop discusses commuting trends around the Bay Area, and helps participants explore options to improve their health during their commutes. Participants will understand health risks associated with commuting; learn strategies around nutrition, posture, sleep and stress to improve well-being; and develop a plan for a healthier commute.
