Security Access Office Only Booking Appointments by Phone

Currently the Security Access Office (SAO) is only booking appointments via phone. For all Fingerprinting, Badging, and Training appointments please call the SAO at 650.821.5216 between 7 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday.

For any Customs appointments please call CBP at 650.877.4009 between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.

For any SAO appointments needed before September 8, 2020, please continue to contact the SAO via phone at (650) 821-5216. Please do not call this number to schedule appointments after Friday September 4, 2020 as it will not be answered.
