The SFO Academy team has redesigned our face to face classes for remote delivery through MS Teams. We are excited to announce that two trainings are available. If you are interested in enrolling, please obtain your supervisor’s approval and enroll in the class by clicking the link(s) below. Both classes require that participants attend all sessions, have a PC desktop/laptop, web cam, microphone and speakers/headsets, and Office 365 access including MS Teams.
Developing & Implementing an Outward Mindset (via MS TEAMS)
Course description:
How we see the world (our mindset) influences our behavior and the results we achieve. Our mindset is influenced by several factors, especially our thoughts and emotions. Understanding the interactions of our thoughts and emotions can open us to new choices on how we can achieve different results despite any change in our outward environment. Studies show that organizations that focus on this kind of mindset change are four times more likely to succeed in organizational change efforts than companies that focus only on changing behavior.Date & Times: Course is divided into four sessions July 27, 9 AM – 12:30 PM; July 28, 9 am – 12:30 pm; July 30, 9 am – 12:30 pm; July 31, 9 am – 12:30 pm

Excel Essentials (via MS TEAMS)
Course Description:
With integrated video conferencing on TEAMS, the project-based learning combines visual, listening, and doing as tools to guide you an essential learning of using Microsoft Excel 2016 desktop application. This training lecture helps to learn essential techniques that will prepare airport employee for numerous analytical techniques including data preparation, integration, and reporting skills using Excel 2016. Participants will learn to navigate the Excel interface, perform basic calculations with formulas and functions, professional format spreadsheets, and create visualizations of data through charts.
Dates & Times: Course is divided into three sessions: July 21 1PM- 3PM; July 22 1PM -3PM; July 23 1PM-3 PM
