Beginning Monday, February 14, 2022, BART’s schedule will change with significant improvements to Sunday service. BART will now stay open until midnight seven days a week.
BART’s service and schedule change highlights:
- Starting February 14, 2022, BART will extend service to midnight on Sundays.
- Starting February 20, 2022, BART’s first time ever running 5-line service daily (except for single-tracking Sundays) until 9:00 p.m.
- During 5-line service, there will be four BART trains per hour at SFO station on Sundays until 9:00 p.m. (Yellow and Red lines).
- During 3-line service (single tracking in San Francisco) there will be two BART trains per hour (Yellow line).
- Synchronized the end of all seven nights each week to be the same, which is 12:01 a.m. (Yellow line/Antioch) and 1:07 a.m. (Red line/Millbrae)
- New transfer opportunity at Bay Fair for Dublin to Berryessa transfers daily.
- Improved connections with Caltrain at Millbrae Station on Sundays before 9:00 p.m. BART is changing their times to be the same across all seven days allowing partner agencies to match their schedules with BART more successfully.
