Aviation Security (AVSEC) Supervisor Chris Kanemori was recently awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for his partnership, hard work and dedication to maintaining the Airport Security Program (ASP). Chris, along with SFO’s TSA partners, conducted a full review of the Airport Security Program to ensure SFO's compliance with all TSA and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements. He continues maintain the Airport’s ASP.
The Airport Security Program is a document that is regulated and required of any Airport Operator. It is comprised of the Airport’s Security Requirements as mandated by CFR and TSA Directives.
