Take the Community Needs Assessment Survey - SF Residents

The San Francisco Department on the Status of Women (DOSW) is conducting a community needs assessment (CNA) to learn more about San Franciscans’ experiences and needs. The results of this anonymous survey will directly shape the future priorities for programming, advocacy, and resources aimed at measuring gender equity and enhancing the lives of women, girls, and nonbinary people in our City. We want to ensure we hear from as many communities in San Francisco as possible. Your support would be instrumental in helping to reach diverse communities, particularly chronically under-resourced groups.

All individuals over the age of 18 who reside, work, or attend school in San Francisco are eligible to participate, regardless of gender. Your support will help us reach diverse segments of the City and enrich our understanding.

The survey is available in three languages: English, Spanish, and Chinese. All responses are anonymous. The survey itself takes about ten minutes, and the first 500 individuals that complete the survey will receive a $20 e-gift card (if they choose to share their email).

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and make sure our community is heard.
