Airport honored for continued commitment to travelers throughout COVID-19 pandemic San Francisco International Airport (SFO) has been recognized by Airports Council International (ACI) World for their “Voice of the Customer” initiative, which honors airports that continued to prioritize customers and ensure their voice was heard during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the significant challenges posed by this pandemic, SFO has continued to gather feedback from passengers using ACI’s Airport Service Quality program.
Free Tax Preparation Services For Airport Employees

The SFO Business and Career Center is offering FREE tax preparation through EARN it! KEEP it! SAVE it! Last year the Business and Career Center helped employees all across the Airport receive over $85,000 total in returns. This free service is available to all airport staff and their families, regardless of employer and income. All services are virtual this year.
