Launch of New SFO Employee Resource Groups

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is excited to announce the launch of two new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)*
 to support our LatinX, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) employees at SFO. Our new ERGs, LatinX@SFO and BIPOC@SFO, will create a network for employees who share a common identity to meet and support one another, building greater community and sense of belonging for all in our workplace. All employees are welcome to join!

A separate kickoff meeting for BIPOC@SFO will be held next month (details to be announced).


*SFO Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster an inclusive workplace aligned with the Airport’s Core Values. ERGs provide a network of support, understanding, and information/resource sharing to employees with shared interests or common life experiences. ERG membership is open to all Commission employees.
