Beginning Monday, June 15 at 5:00 a.m. and running through Monday, June 22 at 5:00 a.m. the AirTrain will be operating in a different mode. The Red Line will be taken out of service and the Blue Line will be placed in service. Blue Line trains will be traveling in a clockwise direction around the terminal loop before heading out to the Rental Car Center from the Hotel station. See image below. This will allow SFO to exercise all Blue Line equipment and give our team time to perform preventative maintenance to Red Line equipment.
